Foliage season add $20 to regular rates.  All Rates are Based on Double Occupancy & Include a Full Breakfast.  A 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax is applicable.

We are unable to accommodate one night stays on Fridays and Saturdays.  

We do not accept credit cards however; cash, Traveler's checks or personal checks are never refused.  A reservation requires a deposit equal to one night's stay.  Refunds will be granted when cancellations are made two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival.
